PAPA requires content creators to complete a form for any original series/special event they are submitting for broadcast and/or archive.  Please always indicate the intended air date or episode number in the title of the video file.  We cannot guarantee a preferred time to any show and reserve the right to change our programming schedule, however, we pledge to work with all producers to accommodate broadcasting preferences for their content.  While producers retain intellectual rights to their products, PAPA staff reserves the right to edit and reuse content for purposes of station promotion and marketing.

The following guidelines must be used for all media submissions:

Only individual or organizational members of PAPA may submit programming for broadcast. Nonprofits registered with the State of WA or local government entities may submit PSA content (up to 3-minutes) without paying membership fees.

While we can accept video in a variety of codecs, we prefer .mp4 (h.264) files at 29.97 fps.  Please coordinate delivery of program files with our Station Manager…

Programs can be delivered to our studio on an SD Card or Flash (Thumb) Drive.  PAPA Studios can also transfer files from external hard drives and has shuttle drives available to checkout as a delivery resource.

Peninsula Area Public Access agrees to air each program at a designated premiere timeslot and may play addition reruns.  Please coordinate Total Run Time (TRT) of each submission with our Station Manager.

No promotion of products, commercial business or services, or lotteries will be allowed per PAPA policies.

In order for your show to have any sort of crew, you will need your crew release forms. NO ONE may work on your show, or even step in the studio to quickly assist with your show, without one of these forms on file for each person involved.
